Payments & Policies
At Amari Kiara Design Co., we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free custom design experience. Our payment process ensures clarity, flexibility, and transparency for every client while maintaining the luxury, bespoke nature of our service.
Consultation Fee
A consultation fee of $100 is required to schedule your appointment. This fee is included in the overall price of your garment.
During the consultation, you will meet the designer, discuss your vision, review the contract, and take measurements virtually with guidance.
A parent or guardian must be present for minors.
Deposit
A deposit is required within one week of your consultation to begin the design process.
For example, if your consultation is booked for April 10th, the deposit is due by April 17th.
The design process will not start until the deposit is received.
Orders with an event date within 6 weeks require a deposit during the consultation.
Accepted Payment Methods
After the consultation fee, all payments are accepted only via this website, Zelle, or Cash (only during fittings).
No other forms of payment are accepted.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1
Split the remaining balance evenly across the months leading up to one month before the event date.
OPTION 2
Split the remaining balance into two equal payments.
The full remaining balance is due one month before the event date.
For rush orders, the balance is due before the scheduling of the final pick up.
RUSH ORDER TIMELINE
For events under one month and/or rush orders, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the final pickup.
This ensures the designer can complete all garments, alterations, and final details in time for your event.
PRICING
ALL SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Standard pricing starts at $400.
Pricing increases depending on the required fabric, hand-sewn elements, complexity, and time investment.
PROM GOWNS
Standard pricing starts at $1,850. Corset prom gowns start at $2,000.
Includes all fabric, embellishments, and fittings/alterations.
BRIDAL GOWNS
Starting at $2,000 for gowns. Other bridal apparel (robes, mother-of-the-bride gowns, etc.) starts at $1,500.
GENERAL TIMELINE
Typical custom garment design process takes 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity.
NOT INCLUDING PROM & BRIDAL.
We strongly recommend starting your design journey as early as possible.
Early booking ensures ample time for fabric sourcing, construction, fittings, and alterations, creating a stress-free and luxurious experience.
General Policies
Inquiries and pricing quotes are free; there is no obligation to proceed after receiving a quote.
Consultation fee and deposit are included in the overall garment price.
